SAN FRANCISCO (S&P Global Ratings) Sept. 7, 2021--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew its 'B' short-term and commercial paper ratings on global cruise operator Carnival Corp. at the company's request. Carnival does not have any commercial paper outstanding. All of our other ratings on Carnival and its debt are unchanged.
