The obligations of Cargill Asia Pacific Treasury Ltd., Cargill Financial Markets PLC, and Cargill Global Funding PLC under the euro-commercial paper program will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to the payment of any short-term promissory notes by Cargill, Inc. and the financial condition of Cargill Financial Services Corp. is supported by Cargill, Inc. pursuant to a support agreement.
