PARIS (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 23, 2006--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has revised to stable, from negative, its outlook on France-based IT services group Cap Gemini S.A., after the company reported significantly improved figures for second-half 2005. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'BB+' long-term corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings on Cap Gemini. "The stable outlook reflects our expectation that Cap Gemini's operating performance will continue to gradually improve, in line with recent trends," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Patrice Cochelin. It would take further significant operating improvement for the outlook to be changed to positive, however. Conversely, the outlook could return to negative if Cap Gemini's operating performance (notably
