Camposol S.A. intends to issue five-year Rule 144A Reg. S notes for up to $125 million. We are assigning our 'B' corporate credit rating to Camposol S.A. and 'B' senior unsecured rating to its proposed notes. We expect the company to use the proceeds to repay existing debt (about $70 million), to finance capital expenditures (about $35 million in 2012), and for other general corporate purposes.
