NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 18, 2021--S&P Global Ratings corrected by revising its outlook to positive from stable on various bonds issued by California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank. On Sept. 21, 2021, S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook to positive from stable on the State of California, certain bonds issued by the Bank were inadvertently excluded from the rating action. We rate bonds in the program on par with California's issuer credit rating (ICR), reflecting the state's commitment to pay on behalf of the participating school districts the rental payments, which fund debt service on the school districts' bonds.
