NY -- Standard&Poor's CreditWire 4/10/98 –- Standard&Poor's today raised its rating to double-'A'-minus from single-'A' on Connecticut Health and Education Facilities Authority's outstanding revenue bonds series B and C, issued for Taft School. The outlook is revised to stable from positive. At the same time, Standard&Poor's assigned its double-'A'-minus rating to the authority's revenue bonds series D, also issued for Taft. These bonds are scheduled to sell the week of April 13, 1998.
