No such transaction has occurred.) NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 25, 2002 – Standard&Poor's is maintaining its double-'B'-plus corporate credit rating with stable outlook on Calpine Corp., its double-'B'-plus rating on Calpine's existing senior unsecured debt, and its single-'B'-plus rating on the company's convertible preferred stock.
