NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 29, 2017--S&P Global Ratings said today that its corporate credit rating and outlook on Little Rock, Ark.-based telecommunications provider Windstream Holdings Inc. and issue-level ratings at wholly-owned subsidiary Windstream Services LLC are not immediately affected by the company's announcement of new exchange offers and consent solicitations. Windstream is now offering to exchange about $120 million of 7.50% senior unsecured notes due 2022 for new 6.375% senior unsecured notes due 2023. The company is also offering to exchange about $628 million of 7.75% senior unsecured notes due 2021 and about $274 million of 7.50% senior unsecured notes due 2022 for new 8.75% senior unsecured notes due 2024. In addition to the exchange offers, Windstream has
