NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) May 5, 2025--S&P Global Ratings today said that its ratings on Weber LLC (CCC+/Watch Pos/--) remain on CreditWatch, where we placed them with positive implications on Dec. 4, 2024, following the company's announcement on May 4, 2025, that it closed its acquisition of Blackstone Products Inc. Weber has not yet provided financial information on Blackstone, which we will review prior to resolving the CreditWatch placement.
