NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 14, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that a potential lawsuit from the New York Attorney General will not affect its ratings on UnitedHealth Group Inc. (NYSE:UNH; A-/Stable/A-2) or its subsidiaries at this time. At present, the potential targets of any future legal actions, the possible charges, the amounts of fines or penalties being sought, and any business declines related to reputational damage are not known.
