SAN FRANCISCO (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 20, 2020--S&P Global Ratings today said that its ratings and outlook on Weston, Fla.-based human capital management solutions provider The Ultimate Software Group Inc. (B-/Stable/--) are currently unaffected by the company's announced acquisition of Kronos Inc., a workforce management solutions provider. We expect the all-stock deal to close in the first quarter of 2020. We will continue to assess the effect of the transaction on our ratings on The Ultimate Software Group Inc. as more information becomes available.
