NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 2, 2016--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said its 'A-' corporate credit rating on TE Connectivity Ltd. remains unchanged following the company's announcement that is has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Creganna Medical Group for $895 million financed through cash and debt. Creganna Medical Group is an Ireland-based manufacturer of minimally invasive delivery and access devices serving medical device original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), with revenues of about $250 million in 2015. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the third fiscal quarter of 2016.
