MELBOURNE (Standard & Poor's) Nov. 27, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today said that the return of the Bracks Labor government after the weekend election in the State of Victoria has no impact on the 'AAA/A-1+' issuer credit ratings on the state. The outlook remains stable. "The Bracks Labor government will go into its third term of government with the support of a strong fiscal position," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Danielle Westwater of the Public Finance Ratings group.
