MELBOURNE (Standard&Poor's) April 8, 2014—Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that the ratings and outlook on Genworth Financial Mortgage Insurance Pty. Ltd. (Genworth Australia; AA-/Negative) are currently unaffected following signaling of the company's partial initial public offering (IPO) timing in a U.S. regulatory filing. While indicative that the IPO is likely on track for execution in the first half of this year, we will likely resolve the outlook once the IPO has been successfully executed. This morning, Melbourne time, Genworth Financial Inc. (GNW; BBB-/Stable/A-3), Genworth Australia's parent, filed a form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
