(global scale: CCC+/Stable/--; national scale: brBB/Stable/--) reported today that it received a notification from Telefonica Brasil S.A., TIM S.A., and Claro S.A. about the post-closing price for Oi's mobile assets that it sold to the three companies earlier this year. They seek to lower the price by R$3.187 billion, compared with the total retained value of R$1.448 billion. Therefore, the buyers claim that Oi should pay them the difference between the post-closing price and the retained value.
