The Indonesian developer's ratio of recurring EBITDA to interest expense should improve slightly to 6.5x-7.0x in 2023 and 2024, from about 6.2x in 2022. Indonesia's lifting of all remaining COVID restrictions in December 2022 will bolster Pakuwon's retail mall portfolio in 2023. Improving shopper traffic and tenant sales will support rental growth.
