NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 30, 2018--S&P Global Ratings said today that its corporate credit rating, outlook, and issue-level ratings on Oceaneering International Inc. (BBB/Negative/--) are unchanged following the company's announced offering of senior unsecured notes maturing in 2028. Oceaneering will use proceeds from the senior unsecured notes to repay its outstanding term loan due 2019 and for general corporate purposes. We expect the transaction to have minimal impact on our forecasted leverage measures.
