LONDON (S&P Global Ratings) JULY 31, 2026--S&P Global Ratings said today that Lloyds Banking Group PLC?s (LBG; A-/Stable/A-2) new financial targets for 2030 build on the positive momentum achieved under its 2022-2026 strategic plan. We view the announced ?Accelerate 2030? strategy as an evolution, rather than a step change in the group?s business direction, and in line with our existing expectations. We think that the strategy is supportive of our current rating and stable outlook on LBG and its subsidiaries.
