NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 16, 2021--S&P Global Ratings today said that KKR Apple Bidco LLC's (doing business as Atlantic Aviation; B/Stable/--) proposed merger with competing fixed-base operator (FBO) network Ross Aviation will not have any immediate effect on our ratings on the company. We view the merger, which will increase Atlantic's FBO network to 93 locations, favorably. The 15 newly acquired locations will further cement the company's strong market position as the second-largest North American FBO operator behind Signature Aviation PLC, which maintains 131 North American locations.
