New York (S&P Global Ratings) May 9, 2025--S&P Global Ratings today said that Jabil Inc.?s second-quarter fiscal 2025 results align with our credit expectations for fiscal 2025 (ending August 2025). The ?BBB-? rating and stable outlook are unchanged. Jabil saw 3% organic growth in second-quarter fiscal 2025 year-over-year as demand for cloud and data center products remained strong. The Intelligent Infrastructure segment saw 18% growth year-over-year as investment in artificial intelligence (AI) data centers remained robust. However, the strong growth was offset by weakness in the company?s Regulated Industries segment, which was down more than 8% in second quarter of 2025 year over year, due to weakness in renewable energy and electric
