MEXICO CITY (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 28, 2019--Infraestructura Energetica Nova S.A.B. de C.V. (IEnova; global scale: BBB/Negative/--; national scale: mxAA+/Stable/--) and Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE; local currency: A-/Negative/--; foreign currency: BBB+/Negative/--; national scale: mxAAA/Stable/--) announced yesterday that they reached an agreement over the transportation service agreements for the Guaymas - El Oro pipeline and the Sur de Texas - Tuxpan marine pipeline. The agreement establishes a new tariff structure that doesn't include step-ups over time and considers a 10-year extension for contracts for both pipelines. We updated our base-case scenario for both companies and concluded that the agreement won't affect materially our financial expectations. Therefore, the agreement currently has no impact on the ratings. We don't expect significant differences
