NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 10, 2015--Standard&. Poor's Rating Services today said there is no immediate ratings impact on IPC Corp., a global provider of specialized communications solutions for the financial services community, following its announcement that it has made a binding proposal to combine the businesses of IPC and Etrali Trading Solutions, a French company. Terms of the acquisition were undisclosed. We will continue to monitor developments regarding the transaction, including potential cost synergies and the company's financing plans.
