(Atic; B-/Negative/--) remain unchanged following the company's announcement of its corporate restructuring plan. On May 8, 2017, the company announced a detailed plan to dispose its operations in Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Thailand, and Indonesia, and that it will only maintain its presence in Central America, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador.
