NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) April 28, 2020--S&P Global Ratings today said its ratings and outlook on Itasca, Ill.-based information management software provider Flexera Software LLC (B-/Stable/--) are currently unaffected by the company's announcement that it does not expect to be able to provide audited financial statements for fiscal year 2019 by the required April 30, 2020, deadline. Therefore, the company will be in non-bankruptcy default under its credit facilities and have a 30-day cure period to remedy the default (by May 30, 2020). As Flexera remains current on all of its other financial obligations, this event does not constitute a default under our criteria.
