This report does not constitute a rating action. BUENOS AIRES (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 2, 2026--S&P Global Ratings today said that Engie Energia Chile S.A.'s (BBB/Stable/--) results as of September 30 remained in line with expectations. Given that its EBITDA rose to $580 million in the first nine months of 2026 from $530 million in the same period in 2025, the company is well positioned to reach the higher end of our forecast of $750 million and leverage of 3.5x or slightly below for the entire 2026. We expect leverage to remain commensurate with the rating. We'll also continue to monitor the company's recontracting and investments in the next few years due to the maturity of its power purchase agreements
