...MEXICO CITY (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 23, 2015-¡Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that its ratings and outlook on Elementia S.A. (##+/Stable/--) are not affected by the company's announcement of a MXN3 billion Certificados bursatiles (CEBUR) payment at its due date. Elementia paid its CEBUR with part of the proceeds from the $425 million notes it issued in November 2014. This debt repayment improved Elementia's debt maturity profile and strengthened its capital structure, in our opinion, because about 98% of its debt is now due in the long term. However, there is no ratings effect because we already incorporated this repayment into the current ratings. We expect Elementia's adjusted debt to EBITDA to remain close to 3.0x.
