LONDON (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 2, 2011--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that its ratings and CreditWatch status on Ireland-based airport operator Dublin Airport Authority (DAA; BBB/Watch Neg/A-3) remain unchanged following the downgrade of the Republic of Ireland. (See "Ireland Ratings Lowered One Notch To 'A-/A-2'; Still On Watch Neg Due To Ireland's Uncertainty About Capital Needs," published earlier today.) The 'BBB' long-term corporate credit rating on DAA already factors in our opinion of a 'low' likelihood of extraordinary support from the Irish government, reflecting the government's reduced capacity to provide support to DAA. The CreditWatch negative placement reflects our view of the uncertainty of future passenger traffic at Dublin Airport in the context of the weak economic environment
