...NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 7, 2016--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today its ratings on Dayton, Ohio.-based DPL Inc. are not affected by the company's sale of its competitive retail electric service business, DPL Energy Resources, to Interstate Gas Supply Inc. for about $75 million. Although the transaction marginally improves the company's business risk profile, ratings are unaffected because of DPL Energy Resources' relative small size. We have determined, based solely on the developments described herein, that no rating actions are currently warranted.
