(B-/Stable/--) has entered into an agreement to acquire ChannelAdvisor, U.S.-based provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions. The business offers software as a service (SaaS)-based solutions to brands and retailers to improve their online performance by expanding sales channels, manage real-time inventory allocation and availability, and connect to fulfillment and logistics providers on a global scale. The offer values ChannelAdvisor at $665 million. If successful, the acquisition would increase CommerceHub?s revenue scale, strengthen its product offering, and enhance revenue visibility.
