NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Jan. 3, 2007--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it does not expect the recent announcement by Arrow Electronics Inc. (BBB-/Stable/--) that it has agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets and operations of the Agilysys KeyLink Systems Group (KeyLink) for $485 million in cash to have an impact on its ratings and outlook for Arrow. KeyLink is a value-added distributor of enterprise servers, storage and software in the U.S. and Canada, with pro-forma calendar 2006 sales of about $1.6 billion (including sales related to a five-year procurement agreement between Arrow and Agilysys).
