At the same time, S&P Global Ratings assigned its ?A? long-term rating to the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York ?s approximately $164.4 million series 2025A revenue bonds, issued for Barnard. The outlook is negative. AUGUSTA (S&P Global Ratings) April 11, 2025--S&P Global Ratings today took the rating actions listed above. We analyzed the Barnard's environmental, social, and governance factors pertaining to its market position, management and governance, and financial performance.
