NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 22, 2005--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its ratings on six Bank of America N.A. letter of credit-backed issues to 'AA' from 'AA-' (see list below). This action follows Standard&Poor's Feb. 1, 2005, upgrade of Bank of America to 'AA/A-1+' from 'AA-/A-1+'. The ratings are based on the letters of credit provided by Bank of America.
