S&P Global Ratings has revised its real GDP growth expectations for 2020 to -0.5%-0.0% for the U.S. and 1.0%-1.5% for the global economy due to the disruption from the spread of the new coronavirus. We are placing all of our ratings on Banff Parent Inc. (doing business as BMC Software), including our 'B-' issuer credit rating, on CreditWatch with negative implications.
