Sprint Corp. Corporate Credit Rating: BBB+/Negative/A-2 Standard&Poor's said today that the announcement of Sprint PCS and its affiliates of a roaming rate cut has no impact on the credit ratings or outlooks on parent Sprint Corp. and the six rated affiliates subject to this rate reduction: AirGate PCS (B-/Positive/-- corporate credit rating), Alamosa Delaware Inc. (B-/Positive/--), iPCS Inc. (B-/Stable/--), Horizon PCS Inc. (B-/Stable/--), IWO Holdings Inc. (B-/Stable/--), and UbiquiTel Inc. (B-/Stable/--). US Unwired Inc. (B/Stable/--) is not subject to this new rate agreement until the end of 2002.
