NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 23, 2003--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that the ratings and outlook on Hornbeck Offshore Services Inc. (B+/Stable/--) would remain unchanged following the company's filing of a registration statement with the SEC for an IPO. Future rating actions, if any, will depend on the company completing the IPO, the proceeds received, and Standard&Poor's evaluation of the planned use of proceeds.
