FRANKFURT (Standard & Poor's) Aug. 24, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that its ratings and outlook on Irish airport operator Dublin Airport Authority PLC (A/Negative/A-1) remain unchanged following the company's announcement that it has accepted tenders for the sale of seven of its eight Great Southern hotels as a going concern.
