OVERVIEW BANK 2018-BNK14's issuance is a CMBS transaction backed by 62 commercial mortgage loans with an aggregate principal balance of $1.379 billion ($1.169 billion of offered certificates), secured by the fee and leasehold interests in 136 properties across 29 states and Washington, D.C. We assigned our ratings to the class A-1, A-2, A-SB, A-3, A-4, X-A, X-B, A-S, B, and C certificates. The ratings reflect our view of the transaction's structure, our view of the underlying collateral's economics, the trustee-provided liquidity, the collateral pool's relative diversity, and our overall qualitative assessment of the transaction.
