Abstract:

U.S. residential real estate asset disposition service provider Auction.com Holding Co. Inc. (formerly Decade Holding Co. Inc.) has improved its operating performance through a return to revenue growth and by spinning off its commercial real estate business, Ten-X Commercial. We now expect leverage will be in the high-4x area through 2019 due to improvement in EBITDA generation through both organic revenue growth and the spin-off of Ten-X Commercial, a less profitable product line. However, without the diversifying effect of Ten-X Commercial, we view the business less favorably and believe exposure to the historically volatile distressed real estate market has increased.
