Abstract:

MADRID (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 2, 2026--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew its'B+'issuer credit rating on Asterix HoldCo SE. We also discontinued our'B+'rating on the company’s €600 million senior secured facility issued by Asterix Acquico, which the company has fully repaid. The withdrawal follows the recently revised group structure and completion of its dividend recapitalization transaction. We will continue to rate the group at Asterix Investment S.a.r.l. level (see"Asterix Investment S.a.r.l. Rated'B+'On Revised Group Structure And Dividend Recapitalization; Outlook Stable ,"July 8, 2026). We rate the €1,025 million term loan B due March 2033'B+', with a'3'recovery rating, based on our expectation of about 65% recovery for debtholders in a
