LONDON (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 3, 2026--S&P Global Ratings today said that it withdrew its'A'rating on the £1.5 billion medium term note (MTN) program of Aster Treasury PLC , a funding vehicle for Aster Group Ltd., at the issuer's request. The withdrawal of this rating has no impact on our'A/A-1'issuer credit ratings or negative outlook on Aster Group Ltd. ; nor does it affect the'A'issue ratings on the three senior secured debts, including two which were from the same MTN program, and our'A-1'short-term rating on the commercial paper program.
