DALLAS (Standard&Poor's) June 18, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+/A-1+' dual rating to the Wisconsin Health and Education Facilities Authority's $100 million tax-exempt series 2013B-5 windows mode bonds issued for Ascension Health Alliance (AHA), Mo. The outlook is stable. The series had previously been rated 'AA+' because the bonds were going to be issued as put bonds. In addition, Standard&Poor's withdrew its ratings on the authority's series 2013B-6, 2013B-7, and 2013B-8 bonds and on AHA's taxable series 2013B-D because the issues never sold.
