Arrow Electronics Inc.'s Proposed Senior Unsecured Notes Due 2026 Rated 'BBB-'

NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 27, 2023--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its 'BBB-' issue-level rating to Centennial, Colo.-based global distributor of electronic components Arrow Electronics Inc.'s proposed senior unsecured notes due 2026 (final amount to be determined), which will rank equally in right-of-payment with the company's other outstanding unsecured and unsubordinated debt. All of our other ratings on Arrow, including our 'BBB-' issuer credit rating and stable outlook, are unchanged. Arrow has indicated that it expects to use the net proceeds from this offering primarily to repay all of the outstanding principal on its 4.5% notes due March 2023 and pay transaction-related fees and expenses. We also assume it will apply any remaining net proceeds for general corporate purposes,
