NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's CreditWire) Feb. 10, 2000--Standard&Poor's today revised the rating outlooks assigned to eight issuers of infrastructure-related debt in Argentina (see list below) to stable from negative and affirmed the ratings. This action follows the same change to the outlook for the Republic of Argentina announced today that incorporates Standard&Poor's view that President de la Rua's administration, which took office on Dec. 10, 1999, has regained the momentum lost in the latter years of the Menem administration to pass and to implement needed fiscal and structural reforms.
