Aquitaine Funding Co. LLC's U.S. dollar-denominated standard, callable, puttable, and puttable/callable ABCP notes program is administered by Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas. We assigned our 'A-1 (sf)' short-term rating to the U.S. dollar-denominated callable, puttable, and puttable/callable ABCP notes. At the same time, we affirmed our short-term 'A-1 (sf)' rating on the standard (non-redeemable) ABCP notes.
