American Express Credit Account Master Trust's series 2022-4 issuance is an ABS transaction backed by a pool of receivables generated by designated consumer American Express credit card accounts and pay-over-time revolving credit features associated with certain credit card accounts owned by American Express National Bank. We assigned our preliminary 'AAA (sf)' rating to the class A certificates. The preliminary rating reflects our view of the transaction's credit support, underlying payment structure, cash flow mechanics, and legal structure, among other factors.
