An affiliate of Apollo Global Management intends to buy U.S. gaming machine and systems designer and manufacturer American Gaming Systems (AGS). We are assigning AP Gaming Holdings LLC (which is being created to purchase American Gaming Systems) our 'B+' corporate credit rating. We are also assigning the company's proposed $180 million senior secured credit facilities our 'B+' issue-level rating, with a recovery rating of '3'. The stable rating outlook reflects our expectation that the company will be modestly successful in expanding its installed base of machines outside of the Oklahoma gaming market and in growing its revenue base.
