NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) March 24, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today revised its outlook on the long-term ratings on AMR Corp. (B/Negative/B-3) and subsidiary American Airlines Inc. (B/Negative/--) to negative from positive. We also lowered our short-term rating on AMR to 'B-3' from 'B-2' and affirmed all other ratings on AMR and American.
