AMAPS 7 LLC is a reinvesting alternative investment vehicle managed by Apollo Capital Management L.P., a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management Inc. The underlying funds and the separately managed accounts primarily will be used to finance four asset classes (corporates, ABL and fund finance solutions, real estate loans, and alternative investments), with the remainder in cash. We assigned our preliminary issuer credit rating to AMAPS 7 LLC. The outlook is stable. At the same time, we assigned our preliminary ratings to the class A-1, A-2, B, and C notes.
