NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) May 24, 2024--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew its 'B' issuer credit rating on AIS HoldCo LLC (d/b/a Franklin Madison) at this issuer's request. At the same time, we discontinued all of our issue-level ratings on the company's debt since all of its rated facilities have been fully repaid. The company refinanced its existing syndicated facilities with a new private lender agreement.
