About This Report

Abstract:

We expect strong revenue growth from AAR Corp. over the next two years due to high demand for aircraft and aircraft engine parts supply and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. We expect credit metrics will improve in the near term as AAR builds upon its parts distribution customer portfolio and expands its capabilities and capacity within its repair and engineering segment. Therefore, we raised our issuer credit rating on the company to 'BB+' from 'BB'. The outlook is stable. The stable outlook reflects our expectations that funds from operations (FFO) to debt will remain above 40% and free operating cash flow (FOCF) gradually improve as demand within high-margin business lines supports EBITDA growth. NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov.
